Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you want to know
What payment methods are available?
Easy currently supports: Credit/Debit, ACH, RTP, Wire transfers and stablecoin based payment methods.
Whats the onboarding process like?
After accepting our Terms and Privacy Policy, we'll send a quick business questionnaire for KYC/AML compliance. Once verified, you're in.
Does Easy hold my funds?
We never touch your money. Easy provides the tech licensed partners handle custody. Our banking partners are fully licensed money transmitters, qualified custodians, and chartered institutions.
What does "self-custody" mean?
Most payment processors work like this: your customer pays, the money lands in the processor's account, and they decide when to release it to you. Easy works differently. We're a gateway. We provide the infrastructure for you to accept payments, but funds go directly to accounts you own and control. We can't move your money. We can't hold your money. Only you can. Think of us as the roads, not the driver. You're always in the driver's seat.
Is Easy available in my country?
Easy is currently only available to merchants in the United States and Canada. Other countries coming #soon.
Does Easy pay referral bonuses?
You bet. Join our partner program and get a percentage of revenues from any business referred to us for as long as they stay our customer!
How do cashback rewards work?
Funds sitting in your Easy account earn cashback rewards automatically. The longer your balance stays, the more you earn. It's like a high-yield savings account for your business revenue, except you maintain full control and instant access.
How fast are payouts?
Next-day payouts are standard. Instant payouts are available when you need cash immediately. No more waiting days (or weeks) for your money.
What if I need help integrating?
Our documentation covers most use cases with real code examples. If you get stuck, our support team includes engineers who actually understand APIs. Enterprise customers get dedicated integration assistance.
